حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَتَى إِلَى غُلَامٍ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ ابْنٌ لَهُ، وَأَنَّهُ زَنَى بِأُمِّهِ، وَلَمْ يَدَّعِ ذَلِكَ الْغُلَامَ أَحَدٌ، فَهُوَ يَرِثُهُ ".
قَالَ بُكَيْرٌ : وَسَأَلْتُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ وَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ : بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ "

Abdullah bin Saleh told us, Bakr bin Mudar told me, on the authority of Amr, meaning Ibn Al-Harith, on the authority of Bukayr, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, he said: “ “Any man who comes to a boy claiming that he is his son, and that he committed adultery with his mother, and no one claims that boy, he is his heir.”
Bukair said: I asked Urwah about that, and he said the same as what Sulaiman bin Yasar said. Urwah said: We have been informed that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He greeted him and said: “The child is for the bed, and the stone is for the prostitute.”
