حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ، أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ "

Abu Nu`aym told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Tawus, who said: “Women do not inherit from the lineage except what they have emancipated, or who has emancipated whom emancipated
