حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، عن مُعَاذٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَرِثُ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ الْوَلَاءِ إِلَّا مَا أَعْتَقْنَ، أَوْ أَعْتَقَ مَنْ أَعْتَقْنَ، إِلَّا الْمُلَاعَنَةُ، فَإِنَّهَا تَرِثُ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ ابْنُهَا، وَالَّذِي انْتَفَى مِنْهُ أَبُوهُ "

Muhammad bin Issa told us, on the authority of Muadh, on the authority of Ash’ath, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: “Women do not inherit from the lineage except what they have emancipated, or who has emancipated whomever.” emancipated, except for the cursed woman, for she inherits from the one who emancipates her son, from whom his father is absent.”
