حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ :" الْوَالِدُ يَجُرُّ وَلَاءَ وَلَدِهِ "

Muhammad ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ali ibn Mushar, on the authority of Ash’ath, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Shuraih, who said: “The father drags the loyalty of his son.”
