حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ : " فِي الْحُرَّةِ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ، قَالَ :أَمَّا مَا وَلَدَتْ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ عَبْدٌ، فَوَلَاؤُهُمْ لِأَهْلِ نِعْمَتِهَا، وَمَا وَلَدَتْ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ حُرٌّ، فَوَلَاؤُهُمْ لِأَهْلِ نِعْمَتِهِ "

Muslim narrated to us, Abd al-Warith narrated to us, on the authority of Kathir ibn Shinzir, on the authority of Ata’: “Concerning the free woman under the slave, he said: As for what she gave birth to And he is a slave, so their loyalty is to the people of her blessing, and whatever she gave birth to while he was free, their loyalty is to the people of his blessing.”
