حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ :" يَجُوزُ بَيْعُ الْمَرِيضِ وَشِرَاؤُهُ وَنِكَاحُهُ، وَلَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ "
