حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ ، قَالَ :" مَا حَابَى بِهِ الْمَرِيضُ فِي مَرَضِهِ مِنْ بَيْعٍ أَوْ شِرَاءٍ، فَهُوَ فِي ثُلُثِهِ قِيمَةُ عَدْلٍ "
