أخبرنا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ .
ح وأَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَا :" إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ مِنْ الْوَرَثَةِ، جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِهِمْ، وَإِذَا شَهِدَ وَاحِدٌ، فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "
