أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : " فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي لِبَنِي فُلَانٍ، قَالَ :غَنِيُّهُمْ وَفَقِيرُهُمْ وَذَكَرُهُمْ وَأُنْثَاهُمْ سَوَاءٌ "

Al-Mu’alla bin Asad told us, he said: Wahib told us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Al-Hasan: “Concerning a man who makes a will for the children of so-and-so. He said: The rich of them and the poor of them. Their male and female are alike.”
