أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا تَصَدَّقَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَعْضِ وَرَثَتِهِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ النِّصْفِ، رُدَّ إِلَى الثُّلُثِ، وَإِذَا أَعْطَى النِّصْفَ، جَازَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ ".
قَالَ سَعِيدٌ : وَكَانَ قُضَاةُ أَهْلِ دِمَشْقَ يَقْضُونَ بِذَلِكَ
