Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2509

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ لِآخَرَ بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ ابْنِهِ، فَلَا يَتِمُّ لَهُ مِثْلُ نَصِيبِهِ، حَتَّى يَنْقُصَ مِنْهُ "
Ubayd Allah told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, who said: “If a man bequeaths to another the same share as his son, then He will be given what is equal to his share, until it is diminished from it.”
