حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، أنبأنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى فِي غَلَّةِ عَبْدِهِ بِدِرْهَمٍ، وَغَلَّتُهُ سِتَّةٌ، قَالَ :لَهُ سُدُسُهُ "

Qabisah told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Al-Safar, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi: “Concerning a man who bequeathed a dirham for his slave’s produce, and his yield was six. He said “He has a sixth of it.”
