أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : " أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ جَعَلَ دُورَهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَى بَنِيهِ، لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوَرَّثُ، وَأَنَّ لِلْمَرْدُودَةِ مِنْ بَنَاتِهِ أَنْ تَسْكُنَ غَيْرَ مُضِرَّةٍ وَلَا مُضَارٍّ بِهَا، فَإِنْ هِيَ اسْتَغْنَتْ بِزَوْجٍ، فَلَا حَقَّ لَهَا "

Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Usama told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of his father: “Al-Zubayr made his property a charity for his sons, which cannot be sold.” It shall not be inherited, and the returned one of his daughters may live without harm or harm to her.
