حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ مُوسَى هُوَ ابْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ : " أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ : إِنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْصَى إِلَيَّ وَجَعَلَ نَاقَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَلَيْسَ هَذَا زَمَانًا يُخْرَجُ إِلَى الْغَزْوِ، فَأَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْحَجِّ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ :الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ "

Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Abdul Aziz, he is the son of Muhammad, told us, on the authority of Musa, he is the son of Uqba, on the authority of Nafi’: “Indeed, a man He came to Ibn Umar and said: A man entrusted me with a camel for the sake of God, and this is not a time when he will go out on a campaign, so I will mount her on it.
