حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ نَبْهَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" خِيَارُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ، وَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ "، قَالَ : فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي، فَأَقْعَدَنِي هَذَا الْمَقْعَدَ أُقْرِئُ

Al-Mu’alla bin Asad narrated to us, Al-Harith bin Nabhan narrated to us, Asim bin Bahdala narrated to us, on the authority of Mus’ab bin Sa’d, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The best of you is the one who has learned the Qur’an and taught the Qur’an.” He said: So he took my hand and made me sit in this seat.
