أَخْبَرَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدَّهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ :" فِي كُلِّ إِبِلٍ سَائِمَةٍ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ، لَا تُفَرَّقُ إِبِلٌ عَنْ حِسَابِهَا، مَنْ أَعْطَاهَا مُؤْتَجِرًا بِهَا، فَلَهُ أَجْرُهَا، وَمَنْ مَنَعَهَا، فَإِنَّا آخِذُوهَا وَشَطْرَ مَالِهِ عَزْمَةٌ مِنْ عَزَمَاتِ اللَّهِ، لَا يَحِلُّ لِآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ "

Al-Nadr bin Shumayl told us, Bahz bin Hakim told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He says: “In every forty of Bint Labun, there should be no separating camels at their expense. Whoever gives them to a tenant will have their reward, and whoever He prevented it, for they took it and half of his wealth was one of the gifts of God, none of which is permissible for the family of Muhammad.”
