حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ الْكَلَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : " إِنَّأَوَّلَ مَا يُكْفَأُ قَالَ زَيْدٌ : يَعْنِي : فِي الْإِسْلَامَ كَمَا يُكْفَأُ الْإِنَاءُ يَعْنِي : الْخَمْرِ "، فَقِيلَ : كَيْفَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَقَدْ بَيَّنَ اللَّهُ فِيهَا مَا بَيَّنَ؟ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يُسَمُّونَهَا بِغَيْرِ اسْمِهَا فَيَسْتَحِلُّونَهَا "

Zaid bin Yahya told us, Muhammad bin Rashid told us, on the authority of Abu Wahb Al-Kala’i, on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, on the authority of Aisha, she said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Indeed, the first thing that is repaid.” Zaid said: meaning: in Islam, as a vessel is repaid, meaning: wine. It was said: How, O Messenger of God, when God has made clear what He has made clear about it? The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “They call it by a name other than its name, so they make it lawful.”
