أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ بَيَانٍ التَّغْلِبِيُّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ، فَلْيُشَقِّصْ الْخَنَازِيرَ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : إِنَّمَا هُوَ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ

Sahl bin Hammad told us, Tu’ma told us, Amr bin Bayan Al-Taghlabi told us, on the authority of Urwa bin Al-Mughirah bin Shu’bah, on the authority of His father, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever sells alcohol, let him cut the pigs.”
Abu Muhammad said: It is Omar bin Bayan.
