حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَعْلَةَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْخَمْرِ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدِيقٌ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ أَوْ مِنْ دَوْسٍ ، فَلَقِيَهُ بِمَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ بِرَاوِيَةٍ مِنْ خَمْرٍ يُهْدِيهَا لَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا فُلَانُ، أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَدْ حَرَّمَهَا؟ " قَالَ : فَأَقْبَلَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى غُلَامِهِ، فَقَالَ : اذْهَبْ فَبِعْهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " بِمَاذَا أَمَرْتَهُ يَا فُلَانُ؟ " قَالَ : أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا.
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّالَّذِي حَرَّمَ شُرْبَهَا، حَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا ".
فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَأُكْفِئَتْ فِي الْبَطْحَاءِ

Ya’la told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Qaqa’ bin Hakim, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Wa’ala, he said: I asked Ibn Abbas about He sold wine, and he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, had a friend from Thaqif or from Dos, so he met him in Mecca in the year of the conquest, with a narration from Wine was given to him as a gift. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “O so-and-so, did you not know that God Almighty had forbidden it?” He said: Then the man approached. His servant, and he said: Go and sell it, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “What did you order him to do, O so-and-so?” He said: I ordered him to sell it.
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who forbade drinking it is forbidden to sell it.”
So he ordered it to be done, and it was rewarded in Batha.
