أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَوْ سَمِعْتُهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ، فَقَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْنَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ وَالدُّبَّاءِ ".
وَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ ، فَقَالَ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

Abu Zayd told us, Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Salama bin Kuhail, he said: I heard Abu Al-Hakam, he said: I asked Ibn Abbas or I heard him. He was asked about grape wine, and he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade grape wine and insects.”
I asked Ibn al-Zubayr, and he said the same as what Ibn Abbas said.
