أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَزِيدَ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا تَنْتَبِذُوا الزَّهْوَ وَالرُّطَبَ جَمِيعًا، وَلَا تَنْتَبِذُوا الزَّبِيبَ وَالتَّمْرَ جَمِيعًا، وَانْتَبِذُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ "

Yazid ibn Harun and Sa`id ibn Amir informed us, and the wording is Yazid. They said: Hisham informed us, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Abu Qatada, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Do not avoid fresh fruits and dates altogether, and do not avoid raisins and dates.” all of them, and renounce each one of them separately.”
