حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا تَقُولُوا : الْكَرْمَ، وَقُولُوا : الْعِنَبَ أَوْ الْحَبَلَةَ "

Uthman bin Omar told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Simmak, on the authority of Alqamah bin Wa’il, on the authority of his father, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, And he said: “Do not say: the vineyard, but say: grapes or the crop.”
