حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْعَطَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ عَزْرَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي التَّيَمُّمِ :" ضَرْبَةٌ لِلْوَجْهِ وَالْكَفَّيْنِ "، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : صَحَّ إِسْنَادُهُ

Affan narrated to us, Aban bin Yazid Al-Attar narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Ezra, on the authority of Sa’id bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abza, On the authority of his father, on the authority of Ammar bin Yasser, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to say regarding tayammum: “A blow to the face and the palms.” Abdullah said: Its chain of transmission is authentic.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : خَرَجَ رَجُلَانِ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَحَضَرَتْهُمَا الصَّلَاةُ، وَلَيْسَ مَعَهُمَا مَاءٌ، فَتَيَمَّمَا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا، فَصَلَّيَا، ثُمَّ وَجَدَا الْمَاءَ بَعْدُ فِي الْوَقْتِ، فَأَعَادَ أَحَدُهُمَا الصَّلَاةَ بِوُضُوءٍ، وَلَمْ يُعِدْ الْآخَرُ ثُمَّ أَتَيَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَا ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لِلَّذِي لَمْ يُعِدْ :" أَصَبْتَ السُّنَّةَ وَأَجْزَأَتْكَ صَلَاتُكَ "، وَقَالَ لِلَّذِي تَوَضَّأَ وَأَعَادَ : " لَكَ الْأَجْرُ مَرَّتَيْنِ "

Muhammad bin Ishaq told us, Abdullah bin Nafi’ told me, on the authority of Al-Layth bin Saad, on the authority of Bakr bin Sawada, on the authority of Ata’ bin Yasar On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, he said: Two men went out on a journey, and prayer came to them, and they did not have water, so they went to dry dry water. So they prayed, then they found water after the time had passed, so one of them repeated the prayer with ablution, and the other did not repeat it. Then they came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He greeted them and they mentioned that, so he said to the one who did not repeat: “You have followed the Sunnah and your prayer is sufficient for you,” and he said to the one who performed ablution and repeated: “You will be rewarded.” twice "

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ، ثُمَّ نَزَلَ فَدَعَا بِوَضُوءٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ نُودِيَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ، فَلَمَّا انْفَتَلَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ إِذَا هُوَ بِرَجُلٍ مُعْتَزِلٍ لَمْ يُصَلِّ فِي الْقَوْمِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَا مَنَعَكَ يَا فُلَانُ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ فِي الْقَوْمِ؟ "، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَصَابَتْنِي جَنَابَةٌ، وَلَا مَاءَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَلَيْكَ بِالصَّعِيدِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَكْفِيكَ "

When he finished his prayer, he saw a man who was secluded and had not prayed among the people. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “What prevented you, O so-and-so, from praying?” Do you pray among the people?” He said: “O Messenger of God, I have been afflicted with impurity, and there is no water.” So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “You should go to the highlands.” "It is sufficient for you."
