أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ : أَنَّهُمْ غَزَوْا غَزْوَةَ السَّلَاسِلِ، فَرَجَعُوا إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، وَعِنْدَهُ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ، وَعُقْبَةُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَالَ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ :" مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ كَمَا أُمِرَ، وَصَلَّى كَمَا أُمِرَ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ "، أَكَذَاكَ يَا عُقْبَةُ؟، قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Ahmad bin Abdullah told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Sufyan bin Abdullah, on the authority of Asim bin Sufyan: They invaded the Battle of Silasil, so they returned to Muawiyah, may God be pleased with him, and with him were Abu Ayyub and Uqba bin Amir, may God be pleased with him. Abu Ayyub said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Whoever performs ablution as he was commanded, and prays as he was commanded, his previous deeds will be forgiven.” “Is that so, O Uqba?” He said: “Yes.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ زُهْرَةُ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَمِّهِ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ، فَجَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمًا يُحَدِّثُ أَصْحَابَهُ، فَقَالَ :" مَنْ قَامَ إِذَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ الشَّمْسُ، فَتَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، خَرَجَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ كَيَوْمِ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ "، فَقَالَ عُقْبَةُ : فَقُلْتُ : الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي رَزَقَنِي أَنْ أَسْمَعَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وَكَانَ تُجَاهِي جَالِسًا : أَتَعْجَبُ مِنْ هَذَا؟، فَقَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَعْجَبَ مِنْ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ، فَقُلْتُ : وَمَا ذَلِكَ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي؟ ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " منْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ بَصَرَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ أَوْ قَالَ : نَظَرَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَقَالَ : أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، فُتِحَتْ لَهُ ثَمَانِيَةُ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ يَدْخُلُ مِنْ أَيِّهِنَّ شَاءَ "

Abdullah bin Yazid told us, Haywa told us, Abu Aqeel Zahra bin Ma’bad told us, on the authority of his cousin, on the authority of Uqba bin Amer, may God be pleased with him, went out with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Battle of Tabuk, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sat one day. He spoke to his companions and said: “Whoever gets up when the sun has set, performs ablution and performs it well, then prays two rak’ahs, will be free of sins like the day of His mother gave birth to him.” Uqba said: So I said: Praise be to God who has blessed me to hear this from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, so Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, and he was sitting facing me: Are you amazed by this? The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I am amazed by this. Before you come, I said: What is the matter with my father and my mother? Then Omar said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever performs ablution, does it well, then raises his gaze to the sky, or he said: his gaze to heaven and said: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. Eight signs were opened for him. the gates of Paradise; he may enter by whichever one he wishes.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ عَلِيًّا "تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى النَّعْلَيْنِ فَوَسَّعَ "، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " لَوْلَا أَنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَ كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي فَعَلْتُ، لَرَأَيْتُ أَنَّ بَاطِنَ الْقَدَمَيْنِ أَحَقُّ بِالْمَسْحِ مِنْ ظَاهِرِهِمَا "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مَنْسُوخٌ بِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : # وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ سورة المائدة آية 6 #

Abu Nu`aym told us, Yunus told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abd Khair, who said: I saw Ali “who performed ablution and wiped over his sandals and made them wide,” then He said: “Had I not seen the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, do as you saw me do, I would have thought that the soles of the feet are more deserving of wiping than the soles of the feet.” The outside of them.” Abu Muhammad said: This hadith is abrogated by the Almighty’s saying: #And wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles, Surah Al-Ma’idah, verse 6 #
