أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ L1504 ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حُبَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي رَجَاءُ بْنُ حَيْوَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ نُسَيٍّ الْكِنْدِيَّ ، وَسُئِلَ عَنْ امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ مَعَ قَوْمٍ لَيْسَ لَهَا وَلِيٌّ، فَقَالَ :" أَدْرَكْتُ أَقْوَامًا مَا كَانُوا يُشَدِّدُونَ تَشْدِيدَكُمْ، وَلَا يَسْأَلُونَ مَسَائِلَكُمْ "
