أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ :" إِنَّ الَّذِي يُفْتِي النَّاسَ فِي كُلِّ مَا يُسْتَفْتَى لَمَجْنُونٌ "

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Abu Wa’il, on the authority of Ibn Masoud, who said: “The one who gives fatwas to the people regarding everything A crazy person is being questioned.”
