أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ : # أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ سورة النساء آية 59 #، قَالَ :" أُولُو الْعِلْمِ وَالْفِقْهِ، وَطَاعَةُ الرَّسُولِ : اتِّبَاعُ الْكِتَابِ وَالسُّنَّةِ "

Ya’la told us, Abd al-Malik told us, about Ata’: #Obey God and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. Surat An-Nisa, Verse 59#, he said: “O Knowledge, jurisprudence, and obedience to the Messenger: following the Qur’an and the Sunnah.”
