أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْخَيْفِ مِنْ مِنًى ، فَقَالَ :" نَضَّرَ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا سَمِعَ مَقَالَتِي فَوَعَاهَا، ثُمَّ أَدَّاهَا إِلَى مَنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهَا، فَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ لَا فِقْهَ لَهُ، وَرُبَّ حَامِلِ فِقْهٍ إِلَى مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَهُ مِنْهُ ثَلَاثٌ لَا يُغِلُّ عَلَيْهِنَّ قَلْبُ الْمُؤْمِنِ : إِخْلَاصُ الْعَمَلِ لِلَّهِ، وَطَاعَةُ ذَوِي الْأَمْرِ، وَلُزُومُ الْجَمَاعَةِ، فَإِنَّ دَعْوَتَهُمْ تَكُونُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِمْ "

Ahmad bin Khalid told us, Muhammad, he is the son of Ishaq, told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Muhammad bin Jubayr bin Mut’im, on the authority of his father, he said : The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood up in fear of Mina and said: “May God bless a servant who heard my statement and heeded it, then gave it to those who did not.” He hears it, for perhaps a person carrying jurisprudence does not have any, and perhaps someone carrying jurisprudence to someone who is more knowledgeable than him may have three things over which the heart of the believer does not lose sight: Sincerity in deeds for God, obedience to those in authority, and adherence to the community, for their call comes from behind them.”
