أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، وَعَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ ، وَعَنْ التَّيْمِيِّ ، وَعَنْ عَتَّابٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ هُرْمُزَ، سَمِعُوا أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ "

Muhammad ibn Abdullah informed us, Abu Dawud informed us, on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of Abdul Aziz, on the authority of Hammad ibn Abi Sulayman, on the authority of Al-Taymi, and on the authority of Attab, the client of Ibn Hurmuz, they heard Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said: “Who He lied to me intentionally, so let him take his seat in Hell.”
