قَالَ : وأَخْبَرَنِي أحمد بن مُحَمَّدٌ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ :" أَجْهَلُ النَّاسِ مَنْ تَرَكَ مَا يَعْلَمُ، وَأَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِمَا يَعْلَمُ، وَأَفْضَلُ النَّاسِ أَخْشَعَهُمْ لِلَّهِ G "

He said: Ahmad bin Muhammad Abu Abdullah told me, on the authority of Sufyan bin Uyaynah, who said: “The most ignorant of people is he who abandons what he knows, and the most knowledgeable of people is he who does with what He knows, and the best of people is the one who is most humble before God.”
