أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلَانَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ :" فَضْلُ الْعَالِمِ عَلَى الْمُجْتَهِدِ مِئَةُ دَرَجَةٍ، مَا بَيْنَ الدَّرَجَتَيْنِ خَمْسُ مِئَةِ سَنَةٍ، حُضْرِ الْفَرَسِ الْمُضَمَّرِ السَّرِيعِ "
