أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ :" إِنِّي لَأَحْسَبُ الرَّجُلَ يَنْسَى الْعِلْمَ كَانَ يَعْلَمُهُ لِلْخَطِيئَةِ كَانَ يَعْمَلُهَا "

Ya’la told us, Al-Mas’udi told us, on the authority of Al-Qasim, he said: Abdullah said to me: “I think a man forgets the knowledge he used to know.” for the sin he had committed.”
