أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ مَعْرُوفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ ، قَالَ : ذَكَرَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" نَهَى عَنْ دِرْهَمَيْنِ بِدِرْهَمٍ "، فَقَالَ فُلَانٌ : مَا أَرَى بِهَذَا بَأْسًا، يَدًا بِيَدٍ، فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ : أَقُولُ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَتَقُولُ : لَا أَرَى بِهِ بَأْسًا، وَاللَّهِ لَا يُظِلُّنِي وَإِيَّاكَ سَقْفٌ أَبَدًا

Muhammad ibn Humayd informed us, Harun ibn al-Mughirah informed us, on the authority of Ma`ruf, on the authority of Abu al-Muharriq, he said: Ubadah ibn al-Samit, may God be pleased with him, mentioned On his authority, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “He forbade two dirhams for one dirham.” So-and-so said: I do not see any harm in this, hand to hand, so he said, “Ibadah”: I say: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, and you say: I see nothing wrong with it, and God will never shade me and you forever.
