Muhammad bin Saeed told us, Abd al-Salam bin Harb told us, on the authority of Abd al-Ala, on the authority of al-Hasan, that he entered the market and bargained with a man. With a garment, and he said: “He is yours for such-and-such, and by God, if it had been anyone else, I would not have given him.” He said: “You did it.” After that, he was not seen buying from market, and not a seller until he catches up with God.”
