أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا بَأْسَ بِالسَّمَرِ فِي الْفِقْهِ "
