أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْنَا عُمَرَ فِي الْمُشَرَّكَةِ فَلَمْ يُشَرِّكْ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْنَاهُ الْعَامَ الْمُقْبِلَ فَشَرَّكَ، فَقُلْنَا لَهُ : فَقَالَ :" تِلْكَ عَلَى مَا قَضَيْنَا، وَهَذِهِ عَلَى مَا قَضَيْنَا "

Ahmad bin Humaid told us, Ibn Al-Mubarak told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Samak bin Al-Fadl, on the authority of Wahb bin Munabbih, on the authority of Al-Hakam Ibn Masoud, he said: We came to Omar as a partner, but he did not join, then we came to him the next year and he joined, so we said to him: And he said: “That is as it should be.” We have decreed, and this is according to what we have decreed.”
