It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in his khutbah, while he was leaning with his back against the Ka’bah

    أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، وَابْنُ، جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ ‏
    "‏ الأَصَابِعُ سَوَاءٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
    It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger
    of Allah (ﷺ) said in his khutbah, while he was leaning with his back against the Ka'bah: "The fingers are the same."
